The Importance of a Healthy Property Management Team
Working in a specific department and in a specialised role requires you to be surrounded by good communication, support and most of all trust!
Here at Elders Alstonville our TEAM in Property management has all of these skills and attributes. It doesn’t matter if it is the smallest of jobs or a large task if you have people around you that will support you and help you do your job to the best of your ability the rest will fall into place.
I think we can all say at times our jobs can be challenging, stressful and hard work!
When you have good support these feelings are lessened and you never feel like you are taking it all on your shoulders.
This is also important as it can reflect through you to the very important people we tend to and help every day in our working life ie: landlords, tenants, colleagues, tradespeople, etc.
If you can give off a “good vibe” then it can be quite catching and makes people around you feel the same.
We all have challenges in our own lives but to be able to come to my workplace and conduct my job in an effective way and have that support, trust and confidence in my colleagues makes my role a whole lot easier!
It is a testament to our Property Management Team and of course our leader! And one that I’m very proud to be a part of!
