Krysti MacRae is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. June 2023 marked 30 Years in Real Estate in our local area for Krysti. Over the last quarter of a century, Krysti has experienced the evolution of Real Estate. From the slower paced era of landlines, two way radios and handwritten advertising to the fast paced digital age of the internet and print media, one thing that hasn’t changed is that when handing over your biggest asset, people expect quality, stability and expertise. These attributes have secured positive, yearly constant growth for the Elders Team.

Krysti regularly attends industry related training to ensure that she remains on top of the game and Elders Real Estate Alstonville is fully compliant with legislation and industry changes. Krysti is regularly asked to share her industry knowledge with her peers, and was recently selected to sit on the Property Management Panel at the Elders National conference. Krysti also holds a Cert. IV in Assessment and Training and through her total commitment and dedication to exemplary customer service and maintaining a completely systemised office structure, Krysti has maintained many lifelong relationships with her clients. Krysti works hard to ensure all members of the team share her commitment to excellent customer service and industry professionalism, seeing the team take out the prestigious ‘Team of the Year’. Krysti personally received the ‘National Award for Excellence’ in 2024.

Krysti’s work ethic, 33 years’ experience and legislation knowledge affords her clients total confidence that their properties are being well managed and maximising their best possible returns. Krysti and her team specialise in taking care of the little things, protecting the investment and freeing their clients of day to day worry of property ownership. Krysti works full time in the Property Management Department looking after a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Krysti believes in the importance of giving back to the beautiful community where she works and raised her two daughters, Hannah and Molly. Krysti has also been employed by Fire and Rescue NSW for the last 15 years as an on-call Retained Firefighter and Community First Responder for NSW Ambulance Service.
