Meet Laurel Moston – Property Manager at Elders Alstonville
A natural problem solver, Laurel thrives on the variety that property management offers. “I love that no two days are the same,” she says. “Whether it’s resolving an issue or helping someone find their perfect home, I’m committed to making sure everyone I work with feels supported and heard.”
Laurel believes that great property management is built on clear communication and mutual respect. She works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, valued, and confident that their investment is in good hands. “At the heart of my role is building trust and lasting relationships,” she explains. “It’s so important to me that both owners and tenants feel I’m doing my utmost for them.”
She brings a wealth of experience, a fresh perspective, and a strong sense of local knowledge to the role.
Having grown up on the Far North Coast, Laurel is very actively involved in the community, particularly through local sporting clubs. Laurel is also a proud volunteer and official with Surf Life Saving Australia, and a patrol member with the Lennox Head/Alstonville SLSC.
“I’m proud to be part of the Elders network and the strong community values it represents,” she says. “Being able to contribute professionally while also giving back to the community is incredibly rewarding.”
Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, when you work with Laurel, you can expect a genuine, professional, and proactive approach every step of the way.
